Travel costs of interviewees

If you are asked to attend an interview as part of the Review, the cost of your return travel from home to the interview can be reimbursed.  

Travel can be by Standard Class rail, or car, coach or bus.  The Review cannot reimburse taxi fares or First Class rail travel. 

If you plan to travel by car, please keep a note of your mileage from the start of your journey. 

There is one car parking space available for the Review at One Temple Quay which must be booked in advance. Please let the Review Team know if you need a car parking space. Alternatively the nearest public car park is at Bristol Temple Meads Railway Station.

The Review office is only 50 yards from Temple Way Bus Station and a five minute walk from Temple Meads Railway Station.

If you are travelling by train, please ask for a receipt when making your booking.

Claim forms are available from the Secretariat on the day of the interview.  Wherever possible, please fill in the form on the day, and attach receipts and used tickets.   

Claims and payments will be processed as promptly as possible, but it is not possible to reimburse costs on the day.
